Creating Wish Lists

I have spent a lot of time trying to see whether anyone has raised this.
But try searching on wish lists!
I have a number of ladies (mainly) who want to create wish lists.
I have worked out a "work around" using the save cart button.
However it is a bit tortuous.
What I really need is a save to wish List button that creates a new cookie on their computer
