Keeping exported orders exported

We have quite a few repeat orders a few months down the line where we just get either a phone call or email to say give me two of the tunics I had last time in a size xx

When we go into their past order which has been completed and exported, and open the lines menu to check the details, it automaticaly un-exports the original order which now shows up on the main screen

Once orders have been exported they should be locked to exported, able to be viewed but not changed or brought out of completed section

Actinic will only un-export the order if you actually print it out again - opening and closing should be fine, it the print status is changing when you just open and close the order then there might be something wrong with your database.

I've checked this in V9 and it seems to be fine, what version are you using?

Hi Jan we are using V9.0.3

We never print the order out again just look

Just done a bit of checking on some old orders, last November it works as it should, but one in October this year when opened gives a prompt "you are changing a order of which you have already issued a invoice" etc do you want to proceed, if you select yes it moves it back to pending if No is selected nothing happens

So I cannot remember when V9.0.3 came out but think it was after last November so maybe change from v9.0.2 to 3

Ah, I've checked in 9.0.4, so it must be a bug that has been fixed.

It might be related to some 'changes' that have been made since the order was last opened. Although it's odd that the older one is OK.

The kind of thing that might cause actinic to 'update' an order when opended includes things like VAT rates, Shipping Country codes, shipping table changes, etc.
