Retain section when previewing under design tab

Still here in v10 ... previewing a page in external browser under the design tab loses section focus ... blinking annoying as you can bet you last million dollars the code you are working on is not in the first section it always defaults back to so results in tireless reclicking to get back to where you were editing.

My doorbell remembers the last tune selected when the batteries are swapped - how clever is that?
