All user Types to be able to Backup/Snapshot

All user types should have access to the backup and snapshot tools. Even Order processing Only Users.

I changed the access privileges within the registry to include a "poweruser" that uses the system everyday. - thats all it took.

soon after, they were happily backing up the actinic and creating snapshots.

have done for a few years now.

Thanks for that, not sure if appropriate though?

Most days only the Order Process user is on the system. It may be several weeks between other users logging in and using the system.

Are you saying that by altering the registry that the Actinic defined "order process" user can actually backup the database and generate snapshots?

If so can you be more specific as to the entry - I am not the most confident when working in the registry.
