User Accounts

Allowing user account information to be synchronised independently. Allowing account details and order tracking to be updated without design changes be uploaded.

If we have some work in progress on design changes I would not like to think customer accounts would have to wait for us to complete the work in progress before we could update their account and order details.

Yes I agree - Our design changes and uploads are on a separate computer in a different physical location to the order processing computer and the two are only synchronised weekly at best.

We do have a plan to add this in a maintenance release. In the meantime you can force an update manually provided you have 'Automatically Upload Customer Account Changes...' and 'Upload on Closing Actinic' ticked in Business Settings | Synchronisation.

Just click the top right 'X' box for closing Actinic and wait for the sync to take place, then click 'Cancel'.
