You should be able to click on the Product Ref to add that item to the cart. Some business customers may want to repeat an entire order. A repeat order button to add all the items to the cart would be a nice addition.

I'd find this useful for my shops. People often forget what sort of paper they order so to just be able to say 'same again please' (ideally by clicking a link in an email) would be just what they needed.

Our problem is that when you go into a old completed order to check on what they previously brought it moves the order from Completed back to pending
It then has to be re-exported to move it back to completed
BUT if you do that and also use Sage, next time you download to sage it send the file once again so sage treates it as another new order completed
Great for quickly building up turnover but not so good for a accounts inspection or balancing your books
We had to get a seperate program to move them back to completed, by highlighting them a special colour to identify which ones had benn reopenedChris Ashdown

Hi Chris,
You could right click and preview the packing list or invoice instead, that would stop the status changing and still allow you to see what you ordered.

The request is not unexpected and we looked into the possibility during the order tracking development. Unfortunately, without a full online database it is probably not possible, because we cannot store enough order detail online.
We could possibly enable a repeat of the previous order, perhaps by harnessing the saved cart facility; and / or enable a regular shopping list to be saved and repeated. But ATM that's as far as we could go.

Im not sure I understand your reply here, since the orders on the desktop version are downloaded to the pc, and contain all the relevant information needed, ie name, address, order details etc.
What is needed is the ability for a seller to do a MOTO order and repeat an order, as often happens when a customer calls and says they need a few extra products of the same order previously purchased. We need the ability to go into that order, click on ' repeat order' and then edit the quantities or add to them and then process the payment.
At the moment, all that can be done is to look up a customers address with the 'Shopped before' link. You then have to search for the previous products from the order.
Can this be added to the next version.?

We are going down a similar path, we want to be able to give customers a link to re-order but with a current price.
We have tried the "adding to shopping cart from anywhere" from the advanced guide and it looks like it has potential, this link will get you a pack of razor blades at the current price:

Does anyone know a way to add a bit to the link which will log the customer in ?
Thanks for thinking about it,
