Pick List for Individual Orders

I know I can generate a packing list but a pick list would be great with little boxes or lines where I can tick if ive picked the product and space to make any line notes, perhaps lines at the bottom so i can put my name to say Ive picked it. What about some good spacing between product lines to i could use a pre inked stamp with the word picked (similar to the way Argos stamps received on your receipt).
