When going through Operations | List Emails | All
there is no way to order the emails by To, Subject or Sent etc.
Even more irritatingly, the sort order of the emails is with the oldest shown first, which is surely counter-intuitive - one is more likely to want to see an email very recently sent than one from years ago.
It's tiresome to have to scroll down to the bottom of the list each time one wants to reach an automated email that's just been sent, in order to HOLD it, for example.
