You have imported a snapshot from 11.0.1 into 11.0.0 and are now receiving the following coding error:
'The CartExpiryHours variable has been placed within the 'Forgot Password Email' but won’t work there'
How do I rectify this.
*3 is the default number of hours the link will last for, however this may vary. To check your expiry period, go to 'Web | Configure Expiry Periods' and take note of the value in 'Delete Shopping Carts' text box. If your value is '6', then the email link will last for 6 hours.
This solution also applies if you have downgraded a 11.0.1 installation to 11.0.0 by installing 11.0.0 on top of 11.0.1

How do I rectify this.
- Take a snapshot before you start work
- Go to 'Design | Library | Layouts' and expand the 'Email Outer Layout' group
- Locate the 'Forgot Password Email' and double click on it to edit it.
- Remove the 'CartExpiryHours' text in blue and replace it with the number '3'*. This should be on or around line 8.
- Click 'Apply'
- Refresh the site
