We currently recommend that you use a Windows XP machine for the server that the shared data is on, as there is a issue in Vista at the moment that affects communication over the network.
The issue is related to Vista's use of IPv6 (a communication protocol) which can corrupt the shared SellerDeck Access database.
It is possible to disable IPv6 on Vista, which doesn't affect operation of Vista (it makes all the internet communications work like XP does) but can avoid the database issues.
