If you are trying to login to SellerDeck on a Business plus user machine and find SellerDeck is hanging or freezing, try the following:
The action of unticking “Enable user login feature” and ticking it again corrects the problem above.
- On the Business Plus PC (Main database PC), login as Administrator.
- Go to 'Settings | Users' un-tick the tick box “Enable user login feature”
- Click Close.
- Go back into 'Settings | Users' tick the tick box “Enable user login feature”
- Click Close.
