    My business plus user machine is hanging or freezing when I try to login.

    If you are trying to login to SellerDeck on a Business plus user machine and find SellerDeck is hanging or freezing, try the following:
    1. On the Business Plus PC (Main database PC), login as Administrator.
    2. Go to 'Settings | Users' un-tick the tick box “Enable user login feature”
    3. Click Close.
    4. Go back into 'Settings | Users' tick the tick box “Enable user login feature”
    5. Click Close.

    The action of unticking “Enable user login feature” and ticking it again corrects the problem above.
