You don't need to install both versions of the software. You will simply need to click on 'File | Sites | Licence New Site' and enter the new authorisation key. If it is a Business key it will activate a Business site, and a Catalog key will activate a Catalog site. The version of software (Catalog / Business) is only dependant on the registration key. The same applies to licencing Designer.
