'The authorisation key is not valid' message when entering a key sent by SellerDeck

If you receive a message stating that the new authorisation key that you have been sent by SellerDeck and you have entered is not valid, then it is possible that if you have used a copy and paste procedure and have accidentally added an invisible character at the end or start of the key (such as a carriage return or new line).

To check for this, open a 'notepad' document and paste the key in. This will immediately show if you have added an extra character along with the copying process (e.g. if you have copied a new line character, the cursor will immediately move below the key) you can then remove this and re-copy the code before pasting it into the authorisation key field.
