Sellerdeck crashing when viewing an order.

If you experience this issue then the cause is more than likely due to a system file called “msxml4.dll” either not being registered or not installed. This is Microsoft file that needs to be registered or installed that sellerdeck needs.
Please follow these steps to either register or install this file.

1. Disabled the UAC (user account control settings) in windows. Go to start>control panel>user accounts>user account control settings> set level bar to “never notify” click ok then reboot your PC.
2. Go to start then search for a file called ‘msxml.dll’ and get the full path to the file.
3. Now register the file but going to “start” then search for “cmd” then open this application. To register the file in “cmd” window enter “regsvr32 <full path>msxml4.dll” then enter. You will receive an successful message or a failed message. If the message is successful then this is fin the issue will now be resolved, however if the message is failed then please go to step 4 because this would meant that you will need to install the msxml.msi component.
4. To reinstall the msxml4.dll component (msxml.msi) from the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en. This will then install the component but you may need to also do step 3 again.
