If the software is installed onto a new machine, and attempts to open the software result in it crashing to the desktop and sending crash report, the most common reason for this is that MSXML4 has not installed or has been prevented from installing on the machine. The solution is to manually install this on the machine.
To do this download 'msxml.msi' from: -
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=15697
and run the file either by clicking on the file in the download list of the browser or double clicking on the downloaded file.
Once the file has installed your SellerDeck software should open correctly.
