This is a problem in Windows 8 and can be reproduced with Windows 7 when UAC is on.
The cause is detailed here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937624 .
Problem
If a network drive is mapped without administrator privileges then an elevated application (an application that is running with administrator privileges) will not be able to see the mapped drive for security reasons.
Workaround
Deleting the mapping and re-adding it using an application with administrator privileges e.g. Windows Commander started with the appropriate setting will make it available to SellerDeck.
Note: After doing this, the mapped drive won't be available for application running without admin privileges, therefore if someone needs a mapped drive in those appliations then two mappings will need to be created.
