Select 'Settings | Business Settings | Options | Currency Settings' ('Design | Options' in pre v8 versions), tick 'Also display prices in' and set to the required currency. You will now need to enter the exchange rate, and select a price format. You may also specify an alternative currency symbol e.g. use 'US$' instead of just '$'.
