On the 'Buyers' tab of the Customer Account dialog there should be a checkbox called 'Hide Retail Prices'. Why can't I see this box?
If you have SellerDeck Business, you will find the 'Hide Retail Prices' box under the 'Buyers' tab within the 'Customer Account' dialog box. This tick box will only appear if the 'Customer Group' drop down box has one of your customer groups selected other than the 'Retail' group.
