    Feefo: Using the Feefo customer feedback system

    Using the Feefo customer feedback system
    1. Once the system setup has been completed with your SellerDeck software, please run the command ‘Web | Publish to Web’.
    2. Nothing will happen until an order has been placed, downloaded and completed. Once this has happened, the next time a retrieve orders takes place, you will see ‘Uploading Feefo Feedback Requests’ displayed



    3. You will then receive an email from Feefo saying the upload was a success



    4. The shopper will receive an email from Feefo asking them to submit feedback



    5. The shopper is taken to the Feefo website to leave feedback



    6. When the options are chosen, and comments are left, the ‘Submit your feedback’ button turns green. Once clicked, the process is complete for the shopper.



    7. If the customer has chosen to receive notification of when feedback has been received, an email from Feefo will be sent to them



    8. This will now appear on the website as a Feefo logo with a percentage value.



    NOTE: this will not appear instantly, but should be there the same day.

    Viewing feedback

    You can view the feedback customers have left by clicking on the Feefo logos for the product and for the site. This will open a new browser window and will display the comments left by the customer and also any responses from the merchant.
