    I used Microsoft Excel to set up a .csv import. Why does SellerDeck Ecommerce report 'expected 14 ... only 13 received'?

    When Exporting to a csv file, MS Excel drops trailing column delimeters on rows where the rightmost columns is empty resulting in the output rows having a varying number of columns.

    You can work round this by making the last column in the spreadsheet a column which always contains data such as the Section column. SellerDeck Ecommerce is not affected by the order of the fields in the csv file, as the mapping will work fine with these in any order.
