If you are finding that the side bar filtering on your site, shows all available filtering options you have created, when it should only show some options, as some options are not in use for some products in the section, please see the workaround below:

- Open “Notepad”, which can be found on your PC, go to 'Start > All programs > Accessories > Notepad'
- Copy and paste the code in the 'Code' box below into the notepad file:
Code:Options -MultiViews CheckSpelling Off
- Save the file as File Type: "All files" and File name: ".htaccess" (Note the full stop).
- Save the file in your site folder, which could be in a location similar to:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\SellerDeck 2013\Sites\Site1
- In SellerDeck, go to Design | Additional files | Click “Add” and find the file “.htaccess”
- Click “OK”
- In SellerDeck, go to Web | Publish to web.

- Save the file as File Type: "All files" and File name: ".htaccess" (Note the full stop).

- In SellerDeck, go to Design | Additional files | Click “Add” and find the file “.htaccess”
- Click “OK”
- In SellerDeck, go to Web | Publish to web.
