Why does the option to ship to a seperate delivery address not appear during Checkout

* Go to the 'Design' menu and select 'Text'

* Click on the 'Go to' button and enter 0 in the 'Phase' field, and 16 in the 'ID' field.

* Click 'OK' and you will be taken to the prompt for:

If you want the delivery address to be different from the invoice address, please check this box:

* Make sure the box under the 'Show' column is ticked and that the 'Required' box is not ticked.
