When I download orders, I get the following error:
"The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time"
To work around this problem, please see below:
PLEASE NOTE: This will stop the error message occurring when you download orders, but it will mean you will need to manually download the fraud check status. You can do this by clicking “3rd Man Update” on the orders tab in SellerDeck.
A fix for this error is planned to be in SellerDeck v11.0.2.

- In SellerDeck, go to Settings | Business Settings | Payment and Security tab
- Untick 'Auto-download Fraud Status'.
- Apply the changes and close Business settings.
