When reporting on orders the options under 'Order Processing' are greyed out.

    When reporting on orders the options under 'Order Processing' are greyed out.

    Select 'Settings | Business Settings | Order Processing' and check whether the 'Bypass Order Processing' option is selected. If it is, and you are not processing orders by another method, de-select this option.
