I have changed my printer but I cannot select the new printer in File | Print Setup. I receive the message 'The printer could not be found'.
This problem can be resolved by editing the System Registry.
- Close SellerDeck.
- Start the System Registry Editor by entering 'regedit' into Start | Run.
- Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actinic
- Depending on the version of SellerDeck, open the key Catalogn where n is the version number (prior to V4 the key is simply Catalog).
- Open the key 'Sites'.
- You will see a list of the sites, open the key for the appropriate site, by default this is 'Site1'.
- Open the key, 'Printer Settings'.
- Delete the key 'Default' by right clicking the key and selecting delete from the pop-up menu.
- Close the System Registry Editor and restart SellerDeck.
SellerDeck will now be set to use the Windows default printer, you can change this to a different printer in the normal way by selecting 'File | Print Setup' in SellerDeck.
