    Why do I get error code 97 when using the SIM method for AuthorizeNet?

    This may occur if the date/time is set incorrectly on the server hosting the store.

    The reason that the SIM method is time sensitive, is that when the Buyer reaches the PSP bounce page during the checkout, the Authorize.net plug-in code generates a fingerprint, which is used to authenticate the request. The current server time is one of the parameters used to create the fingerprint. If the server time is not correct for the server time zone, then the Authorize.net gateway will take it as an expired request, and will reject it with error code 97.

    PLEASE NOTE: Authorize.net is available in US versions of the software only, additionally it is not available in v10
