How can I insert an extra parameter (LANG) to select the WorldPay language?

You will need to insert the following line above the submit button code in Act_OCCWorldPayTemplate.html:-

<INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="lang" VALUE="lc">

where lc is the language code as defined by WorldPay.
