    When I download orders why do I get an 'Invalid Signature' message?

    There is only one reason for this, it means that the 'Secret Key' that has been entered into the software is different to the 'Secret Key' that the payment service provider you are using has for your account on their servers. Either:-
    1. the 'Secret Key' that has been supplied to you is incorrect
    2. the 'Secret Key' has been entered incorrectly into your software
    3. the 'Secret Key' has been entered incorrectly at the payment service provider

    The most common cause for this is that when the 'Secret Key' has been pasted into the 'Secret Key' field of your SellerDeck Software, a non visible character (such as a carriage return) has been collected along with the copy operation and has been pasted into the field with the key code. The code that is entered must match the code at the payment service provider in every way to be successful.

    Please check the secret key and re-enter it, then run the command 'Web | Refresh Website' to rebuild the online files.

    If this does not resolve the issue, you must contact your payment service provider to check the validity of the 'Secret Key'.
