    When using PayPal, my customer receives an email but I do not get a copy

    When using PayPal it is possible that the customer will be passed back to the receipt before authorisation takes place. When the receipt page is requested before the payment Authorisation is received, PayPal is writes the emails to a file rather than sending them immediately.

    If there is a space after the email address entered into the field 'Send Receipt Email Copies to:' in 'Settings | Business Settings | Ordering' then this can cause an issue when disassembling the list of email addresses in the email file created for PayPal.

    If you see this issue, please go to 'Settings | Business Settings | Ordering' and check that there are no spaces etc. after the email address in the field 'Send Receipt Email Copies to:' field and click 'OK'.

    You must upload your site for the changes to take place.
