    I have moved to Realex, what is my Merchant ID and secret key?

    Any merchants who are migrating to Realex and have not yet received their Merchant ID and Shared Secret key will need to contact the Global Iris support desk on 0845 702 3344 (Option 6) to retrieve them.

    The merchant ID for the Realex Integration is an assigned ID usually relating to the merchants name, and with no numbers. It is also not the same as your “Merchant Number”.
