I get a blank page when attempting to make an order with Sage Pay

This tends to happen when you have just recently upgraded. Because some layouts get changed, you could end up missing a line which prevents the site from re-directing to the Sage Pay panel.

If you are experiencing this issue, follow the steps below:

1. Open your SellerDeck Software
2. Click Design > Library > Layouts
3. Click on Library and press "Ctrl + F" and search for 'ExternalDesignLayout'
4. On line 14-15 you should see some code which refers to the “favicon” After that line, make a new line and add the following code:
   
   <actinic:variable name="JavaScriptFunctions" />
   
   
5. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
6. Click 'Web > Publish to web'
