Importing SQL snapshot you get error 'MODIFY FILE failed'

When importing SQL snapshot you get an error of:

MODIFY FILE failed. File 'Site1_Catalo' does not exist.
(File ExportSite.cpp, Line 2726) - Unable to restore shipping database - fatal error.
Reported error was:
MODIFY FILE failed. File 'Site1_Shippin' does not exist.

This can occur if you are running SQL 2008 R2.

Recommended solution is to upgrade to SQL 2008R2 SP1
