Stock from Ecommerce orders does not appear to be taken out of the EPOS stock levels

When you download an order from your e-commerce (EC) website, the stock number for the product appears in EPOS as 'Allocated. This is shown within the 'Product File' screen.



The number allocated is taken off the stock level when you ship the order from your EC software.
