    3022the changes you requested to the table were not successful

    The following error can occur when making a payment on account:

    Error Saving Account credit to tblAccount

    You may also see this error when making a sale on a customer account:

    3022the changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index,primary key,or ralationship.change the data in the field or fields that that contain duplicatedata,remove the index,or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.
    1. To solve this problem, please see below:
    2. Open SellerDeck EPOS.
    3. Click on “Customers”



    4. When you open this screen, a warning will appear listing customer accounts, which have duplicate customer account codes. Make a note of them.

      "Some of the customer barcodes are not unique - please modify them."


    5. Take the first customer account, in this example [1-32] Mike. Click “Lookup”, and search for this customer.
    6. Change the “Acc No. / Barcode for this customer account, so that it is unique.



    7. Click “Save”, then “Close”
    8. Now click on “Customers again, if more warnings appear, repeat the process.


    If and when no more warnings appear going into the “Customers” screen, now compact your EPOS database:

    1. First, close down EPOS on all PCs
    2. On each PC with EPOS install on, go to Start | Programs | Compact | Click 'CompactDataDB'
    3. A screen will appear and disappear, this means it has worked ok.


    This will now have solved the problem
