If you are using SellerDeck Hosting, your SMTP server will always be “localhost”, no matter what configuration you have set for your email. To change your SMTP server, go to 'Web | Network setup', in the “SMTP server field, enter: -

and click 'Apply'.
Also making sure that the “Username and Password is Required” tick box is not ticked and both the 'Username' and 'Password' fields are blank.
