If your email is also enabled through SellerDeck Hosting, then you will need to log into Plesk using the login details in your SellerDeck Hosting Document you were sent when you signed up.
Go to your domain | Mail | into the mail account which is getting the spam
Click on to Spam Assassin / Spam Filter, this will then come up with a box for you to put a number in. The default is 7.00, this is normally ok, for most spam.
If you wish to change this please take note that you can choose any number between 1.00 and 10.00
1.0 being the strongest filter and 10.00 being the weakest.
We do not recommend number 1.00 for this is likely to filter too much, and stop the majority of safe emails.
