    I have SellerDeck Hosting; My email quota is full, how do I change this?

    1. Log into Plesk, with the login details provided in your SellerDeck Hosting Documents.
    2. Go to your Domain where the email quota is full.
    3. Go to Mail.
    4. Select the email address which is full.
    5. Go to Webmail.


    6. Log in using the password that was chosen when you created the email account; this is the password you would use to set up your email in an email client, for example Outlook.


    Delete all of the emails you no longer want or need within your mailbox.

    PLEASE NOTE: In order for webmail to operate you will need to have set up an A-record at your domain name registrar for: -

    webmail

    pointing to the server IP address that your site is on
