Here is how to set up SellerDeck Email within the Thunderbird email client
Configuring the Outgoing (SMTP) settings
- Please go to 'Tools | Account Settings | Account Actions dropdown | Add Mail Account'
- Select ‘Manual Config’
Remember to replace your domain name with your own domain.
- Select the ‘Re-test’ button | Then select ‘Done’
- A warning message will appear. Check the box ‘I understand the risks’ then select ‘Done’
Configuring the Outgoing (SMTP) settings
- Please go to 'Tools | Account Settings | Outgoing Server (SMTP)'
- Select the ‘mail.domain.co.uk’ and hit ‘edit’
- Enter in the details once again making sure you replace them with your own domain.
