Actinic Payments is becoming SellerDeck Payments
When we renamed the company in June 2012, we said that we would be renaming all of the services we offer to incorporate the SellerDeck brand.
As part of this project, we are pleased to announce that we are now formally changing the name of Actinic Payments to SellerDeck Payments. This will further diminish any remaining confusion between the new and old names.
Apart from its name, SellerDeck Payments is exactly the same service as Actinic Payments and continues to be powered by our partner, Credit Call. It continues to offer great value money; a high level of integration; and fraud detection.
What you need to do…
Apply the latest Payment Service Update
Although there are no changes in the way you use the service, we believe that it is essential to modify the domain names the service operated from. To facilitate this, a minor software update will need to be applied to your SellerDeck software (or Actinic Desktop v10 users).
Please make sure you know the exact version that you are currently running. If you are not sure, or just want to check, please open the software and go to ‘Help’ | ‘About’ and take a look at the version and day number. This should look like the screen shot below:
You will need to know the exact version so that you can run the correct upgrade file.
If you are running Business Plus, with Business Plus Users, you will need to run the upgrade file to ALL installations of SellerDeck (or Actinic Desktop)
Please may sure that you create a snapshot both before and after the upgrade by going to 'File' | 'Snapshot' | 'Export Site' and follow the wizard.
SellerDeck 2013
Please Note: if you have upgraded to 12.0.3 you will not need to download the payment upgrade.

- Run the PSP setup file.

The new SellerDeck Payments page looks like the image below
SellerDeck Payments CNP/MOTO :
The update will rebrand the existing entry for 'Actinic Payments CNP/MOTO' and 'Actinic Payments Ecommerce' to 'SellerDeck Payments CNP/MOTO' and 'SellerDeck Payments Ecommerce' respectively.
There will be no need to adjust any settings unless you have changed the 'Web site Description' or 'Desktop Description' to include 'Actinic'.
Upgrade Note :
For all customers that install the relevant exe file (say for v11.0.2) and then upgrade (say to 12.0.2) you will then need to run the relevant new (say 12.0.2) PSPsetup.exe file, as your payments will revert back to Actinic Payments!
