    Can I bill an extra amount to a card after the original transaction?

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports.

    Yes. If the customer calls you and wants to add new items to the order, you can add these via the 'Line Items' tab of the order, which will increase the value of the order. You'll then find the payment status of the order changes to 'Partial Payment Received'.

    What you can do then is click the 'Pay' button on the 'Progress and Payments' tab to take the additional payment. Make sure the customer knows you are doing this or you will risk a chargeback.
