    How can I change the amount of money taken?

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI will be sunsetting on 31st May 2023. On the 1st of June, these payment gateways will no longer be available to process new transactions. We will maintain the service for an additional month to allow for refunds and downloading of reports.

    Sellerdeck Payments by Opayo and Sellerdeck Payments by NMI are being replaced by SellerdeckPay powered by ClearAccept:

    This only happens when a customer contacts you to adjust their order. If a refund is required and it is partial, then this can be processed using SellerDeck Payments Admin area or directly from within SellerDeck using the Refund button on the Progress and Payments tab or Payment History dialogue. If a payment has been pre-authorised (pre-committed), you can change the amount when you commit it (this is handled in the application and is not available in version 8). If you need to charge more, you must contact the customer (you are presumably talking to them when they want more products or services) and get their card details to process as a MOTO order.
