How do I create an import file for network settings?

From 'Web | Network Setup' select Export and follow the instructions, this will create a file which can be used as a template to create a new import file.

Edit the resulting file with a text editor such as Notepad and change the values for the required Network Configuration. Save the file as a new file. The file can now be imported to 'Web | Network Setup'.
