Unable to set the HTTP proxy username (null) - Unable to set the FTP proxy username (null)

In 'Web | Network setup | Proxy', select HTTP Proxy and ensure that the username field is totally empty (no spaces).

Do the same for FTP Proxy.

Then switch back to Default (Windows Settings) for HTTP and FTP as required.
