I'm uploading my site but keep getting an error 'the connection to the server was reset'
This error does not come from the SellerDeck software itself and could be caused by a number of things (server settings, browser settings etc), however, one thing you could try to see if it resolves the issue is to go into the 'Web | Network Setup' screen and tick 'Use Passive FTP transfers' if it is unticked, or untick it if it is ticked.
