    In my checkout, which runs on SSL, my customers occassionally receive an error message about: 'The Input Is Null'.

    It is a problem with all shopping sites that use SSL - not just SellerDeck ones. This is a known issue with a Microsoft security patch, occuring after the buyer applies the 832894 security update (MS04-004) or the 821814 hot fix.

    Your customers can fix the bug by applying this MS patch.

    If you want to display a more informative error message to your customers, then apply the script patch from the text file that can be linked to below.
