How do I setup the shipping and handling for UK only?

To set your software to ship to the UK only, follow the instructions below: -

1. Please go to 'Settings | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling'
2. Remove all zones from the 'Zone/Class Configuration' area within sub tab 'Zones/Class Tables' except for zone that you use for the UK.
3. Right click on this zone and select 'Properties'.
4. In the box that opens ensure that 'United Kingdom' is the only entry in the left hand 'Members' window and click 'OK'.
5. Move to the 'Configuration' sub tab and set the radio button 'If shipping band not defined' to 'Do not allow shipping'.
6. Click 'Apply'.
7. Move to the 'Settings | Business Settings | Tax' and select the zone 'EU Tax Zone' and click 'Delete Zone'
8. Select the 'UK Tax Zone' and check that the window 'Zone Members for UK Tax Zone' contains 'United Kingdom' only. If it does not click the button 'Edit Zone' and remove any extra countries by selecting them and clicking the > button to transfer them from the 'Zone Members' window to the 'Available Regions' window. and click 'OK'
9. Select the 'No Tax Levied' zone and tick the box 'Do not allow 'None of the Above' as a zone member.
10. Click 'OK' to close the 'Business Settings' screen.

Versions prior to Version 10
To change the heading on the website from 'Select Shipping Country',

1. Go to 'Design | Text' and click on the 'Go To' button.
2. Enter 171 in the 'ID' field and click 'OK' to take you to the prompt.
3. Change the text in the 'Current Value' field and click 'OK'.
4. Update your site.
