How can I stop buyers from being able to edit the Simple Shipping value?

Version 7
Select 'View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and untick the box 'Shopper Editable' on the 'Shipping' sub tab.

Version 8 and later
Select 'Settings | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and untick the box 'Shopper Editable' on the 'Configuration' sub tab.

PLEASE NOTE: All versions mentioned in this article must be in 'Simple' shipping mode for the 'Shopper Editable' tick box to be enabled
