    How do I remove the Terms and Conditions from the checkout?

    v7 and earlier

    Select 'Advanced | Template Manager | Ordering', then comment out NETQUOTEVAR:INFOPANELS from the "order phase 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4" templates by enclosing them with HTML comment delimeters .
