The SellerDeck knowledge base contains a wealth of information, and can be searched to find common solutions to problems.

Please see instructions below on how to get the most out of your knowledge base search:

1. First, click on Knowledge Base link on the community home page:
   
   
   
   
2. In the top right hand corner, select “Search this forum”
   
   
   
   
3. Finally, enter the words you wish to search for and click “go”.
   
   
   

By doing this, this will ensure your search is targeted at the knowledge base only and not the whole community forum.
