Seperate Site Order Downloads

I am running 3 sites of my own and a seperate site for a customer of mine who is computer illiterate, being new to this actinic thing, am I right in that any order from all sites can be downloaded from just one site?
If so how do I keep my customers sites orders seperate from my other three? ie:
My customers orders can only be downloaded from his site and not from mine.

Or have I got it wrong and all sites orders can only be downloaded from that site?

All orders will download into their own site within Actinic and are kept separate from orders on other sites.

It is possible to download orders from multiple websites into a single actinic site but that isn't usual and involves a bit of customisation to get it to work.

PS. To avoid confusion:

- You create a 'site' in Actinic for each website.
- Orders from each website will download into the relevant 'site' in actinic.
